The Summer Religious Education Program is a two-week summer session with three seasonal follow-up sessions during the remainder of the school year. The children are grouped in multi-grade levels: 1, 2-3, 4-6, and 7-8. Activities include group prayer experiences, class instruction, music, games, snacks, and a field trip. The curriculum is a repeated three year cycle of themes which becomes more in-depth as the grade level changes: Creed Church Scripture The dates for the three follow-up sessions for the 2011-2012 year (two Generations of Faith events and a final session) are on the calendar. The 2012 theme will be CHURCH. DATES:: June 11-15 and 18-22, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Students MUST ATTEND ALL 10 DAYS. They also must attend the three follow-up sessions. Please DO NOT REGISTER your child if you are unable to make this commitment. Fees: $70 per child " PLACE: St. John Education Center REGISTRATION: REGISTRATION FOR THE 2012 YEAR ENDS ON MAY 31.
